How do the 15% city savings work?+
If your city appears on the current city opportunity list, your project qualifies for 15% off after the location and project scope are confirmed.
How do the 5% state savings work?+
If your state appears on the current state opportunity list and your city is not listed for the 15% opportunity, your project qualifies for 5% off after review.
Does a listed city guarantee regional savings?+
No. The schedule and location search identify a possible opportunity. The estimate team must review the property address, project requirements, and schedule before confirming savings in writing.
Can promotions be combined?+
No. Only one promotion may be applied to an eligible project.
Who qualifies for Service Appreciation?+
Active duty military members, veterans, and first responders may receive 10% off an eligible project after simple verification and written approval.
What qualifies for Multi Exterior Project Savings?+
Two or more complete exterior projects must be contracted and scheduled together. A detached garage or another secondary structure does not qualify as a separate complete exterior project.
When is a promotion confirmed?+
