Conceptual Rendering
The Rendering Lab creates a visual concept for planning and discussion. It is not a construction drawing, material sample, contract promise, or guarantee of the final installed appearance. Actual results vary with the masonry, surface condition, lighting, architecture, preparation, selected materials, and approved application direction.
Your Photograph
You confirm that you own the photograph or have permission to upload and process it. Do not upload photographs containing people, confidential information, unlawful content, or property imagery you are not authorized to use.
Limited Processing Permission
You give German Smear Specialists and its technology providers permission to process the photograph only to operate the Rendering Lab, protect the service, and generate the requested concept. The photograph and rendering remain temporary during the browser session unless you download the concept or intentionally attach it to an estimate request.
Estimate Requests
If you choose to request an estimate with the concept, the rendering and information you enter are sent to the German Smear Specialists estimate team and retained as part of your project inquiry. Sending a concept does not create a contract, reserve a schedule position, or confirm that the selected finish is suitable for the property.
Purchased Rendering Credits
Purchased rendering credits are assigned to the verified email address used at checkout, do not expire, and are nontransferable. Each credit permits one additional completed rendering. Credit purchases do not reserve a project or schedule position.
Only standard one credit and three credit purchases qualify to be applied toward a contracted German Smear Specialists project. Custom credit packages created for realtors, designers, architects, and other professionals do not qualify. To receive an eligible contract price credit, you must tell the estimate team about the rendering purchase at any point during estimating but before signing the contract and provide the email address associated with the purchase. Failure to provide this information before contract signing waives the right to have the rendering purchase applied to the contract price.
Rendering Credit Refund Policy
Rendering credit purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by law or when a completed rendering contains a clear system error wholly attributable to the Rendering Lab. Each credit provides one completed AI rendering attempt. A generation that fails before delivering a completed rendering does not consume a credit.
A qualifying system error may include applying the selected finish to clearly visible nonmasonry surfaces such as siding, roofing, windows, doors, or trim; converting a nonbrick surface into brick; materially removing, replacing, or relocating architectural features; returning an unrelated property or a reference property instead of the uploaded home; failing to apply the selected finish to clearly visible brick masonry; or delivering a materially corrupted or incomplete image.
Differences in preferred coverage, color, texture, lighting, or overall appearance do not by themselves constitute a system error. Results are conceptual and may vary because of photograph quality, angle, shadows, obstructions, masonry condition, and the interpretive nature of AI rendering.
To begin a refund review, download the completed rendering and email both the original photograph and the downloaded rendering to admin@germansmear.com. Include the verified email address used to purchase the credit and a brief description of the claimed error. Requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Review hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern. If German Smear Specialists confirms a qualifying system error, the affected credit will be restored or the appropriate purchase amount will be refunded.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Rendering Lab only for legitimate property planning.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or security features.
- Do not automate requests, reverse engineer the service, or use generated concepts to misrepresent completed work.
Availability and Responsibility
The service may be limited, changed, or unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, German Smear Specialists is not responsible for decisions made solely from a conceptual rendering. A project recommendation and final finish direction require the normal evaluation and approval process.
Privacy and Marketing
Your email address and ZIP code are required to manage access, understand regional interest, and protect the Rendering Lab from misuse. Personal information is handled according to the German Smear Specialists Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in marketing. Marketing email permission is presented separately, remains optional, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Eligibility and Updates
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Rendering Lab. These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The version accepted for this session is dated July 25, 2026.
