Promotions Terms and Conditions

Offer Availability
Promotions are available only when expressly stated by German Smear Specialists and remain subject to project location, project scope, scheduling availability, and the specific terms presented with the opportunity. A promotion may be revised, paused, or ended for future requests at any time before it is confirmed in writing.
Eligibility and Confirmation
Eligibility is determined individually. A promotional opportunity is not confirmed until it is shown in the written proposal or project agreement issued by German Smear Specialists. Public descriptions, social media posts, verbal discussions, and website content do not by themselves create a right to promotional pricing.
Regional Scheduling Opportunities
Regional scheduling opportunities may be available when projects can be planned within a compatible service area and schedule. These opportunities depend on current service availability and may close when the relevant schedule is filled. They are not a promise of service availability in a particular location.
Combining Offers
Promotions may be combined only when the written proposal or promotion terms specifically state that they may be combined. Unless confirmed in writing, one promotional opportunity applies to a qualifying project.
Project Scope and Proposal Terms
Promotions apply only to the work and scope identified in the approved written proposal. The proposal price is guaranteed for the work defined in the approved project scope. Any requested work outside that scope is evaluated separately and must be approved in writing before it is added.
General Conditions
Promotions have no cash value and are not transferable. They cannot be applied retroactively to a completed project unless German Smear Specialists confirms otherwise in writing. Where a specific offer includes additional qualifications, deadlines, or participation requirements, those written requirements apply in addition to these terms.
Privacy
Information submitted in connection with a promotion is handled according to the German Smear Specialists Privacy Policy.
